Delivery and payment conditions Effective: September 2020

  1. General
    1. These terms and conditions apply to all transaction between our customers and our selves. Every customer agrees to that.
      All our offers are non-binding offers.
    2. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  2. Privacy Policy
    1. All Credit/Debit Cards details or information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, returned or leased to any third parties.
    2. All customer’s Personal identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
    3. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions would be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards, Therefore the Customers must be notified about these changes as well as the Payment Gateway Provider/NBAD.
  3. Terms of Delivery
    1. Most part at Dorbi Trading Est. are shipped through ARAMEX. The delivery lead-time starts from the moment the order confirmation has been signed by us. If there are any documents to be supplied to us by the customer, delivery lead-time will not start before we have received all of these documents
    2. We will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC suctions countries.
  4. Shipping Deadlines
    1. We normally process every order within 24 hours of checkout. Our business hours are from 08:00am-01:00pm then from 04:00pm up to 09:00pm.
  5. Shipping Destinations & Charges
    1. We ship to the world-wide, as for as shipping charges are concerned, so shipping charges are determined based on shipping services, destination address and weight of your order.
    2. Multiple Shipments:
      • We will increase your shipping charges depends on the courier prices.
      • The multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  6. Inclement Weather Advisory
    1. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather. Please check directly with the delivery carriers for your order if your package had been delayed. Dorbi Trading Est. is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier services interruptions.
  7. Risk Of Loss & Transport damages
    1. All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carriers.
    2. The buyer is liable to examine incoming deliveries for externally visible damages before accepting it from the forwarder, parcel service or other transport company, and – if necessary – claim it immediately.
  8. Freight
    1. All heavy or large freight items must be shipped to the business address or picked up at a freight terminal, Hospitals, Schools, Home business and Military base do not count as a valid zoned business. Terminal locations can be located by supplying your postal or zip code to us.
  9. Payments
    1. We accept online payments using Credit Cards, Visa & Master Card.
    2. Online Payment will be use “AED” (United Arab Emirates Dirham) as the default currency.
  10. Return Policy
    1. You may return most new or unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of the delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    2. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  11. Governing Law
    1. This website will be governed by the law of UAE.
